Product Description

Metallurgical crane is a crane that works by relying on the longitudinal movement along the direction of the plant track, the lateral movement of the trolley and the lifting and lowering movement of the hook. It is suitable for metal smelting workshop and meets the standards of JB/T7688.1-95 and JB/T7688.15-95 for special cranes used for lifting molten metal. Metallurgical crane application Generally applicable to -10 ºC to +50 ºC ambient temperature, in the 40 ºC temperature relative humidity does not exceed 50, the molten metal lifting the forging hook, plate hook radiation temperature does not exceed 300 ºC.

1. Environmental conditions

1.1 The power supply of the crane is generally three-phase AC, frequency 50Hz, voltage 380 V. The upper limit of the permissible voltage fluctuation on the motor and electrical appliances is +10% of the rated voltage, and the lower limit (at the time of the spike current) is -15% of the rated voltage, in which the internal voltage loss of the crane shall not be more than 5% for the de-industry cranes, clamp cranes, the whole mould cranes with the guiding frames, and the slab tipping cranes. Other types of cranes in this standard shall not exceed 4%.

If the power supply has special requirements, it can be determined according to the user's needs by the negotiation between the supply and demand sides.

1.2 Crane installation and use of the altitude of the place does not exceed 2000m (more than 1000m should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB755 motor capacity check).

1.3 Working environment temperature and humidity of the crane

a. The working environment temperature of the crane is generally -10~+50ºC.

b. The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40ºC.

1.4 The site where the crane is used shall be free from flammable, explosive and corrosive gases and shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards and documents.

1.5 The installation of the crane running track should be in accordance with the requirements of GB10183 in general, and in case of special circumstances, it can be stipulated separately according to the needs.
