1. Lifting trolley
It consists of lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism and trolley frame. The lifting mechanism includes electric motor, brake, reducer, reel and pulley set. The electric motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer, so that the wire rope is wound on the drum or lowered from the drum to lift the heavy load. The trolley frame is the frame supporting and mounting the lifting mechanism and trolley running mechanism and other components, usually welded structure.
2. Turning mode of the trolley
The rotation of the trolley according to the installation position of the reducer is divided into two different, one is installed in the middle of the active wheel of the trolley, so that the output shaft of the trolley reducer and the two sides of the rotating shaft of the torque borne by a more uniform; the other is the reducer is installed in the trolley on the side of the main wheels, the rotation of this type of installation, repair, maintenance and so on is more convenient, but there will be a trolley body twisting and swinging is not smooth.
3. Metal structure of bridge
By the main girder and end girder composition, divided into single main girder bridge and double girder bridge two types. A single main girder bridge consists of a single main girder and end girders located on both sides of the span, while a double girder bridge consists of two main girders and end girders. The main girder and end girder are rigidly connected, and the end girder is equipped with wheels at both ends, which are used to support the bridge to run on the overhead. The U shape slot with high precise is made by cold bend one-step forming technology, which avoid polish, cutting and welding etc. such complicated production process, it can reduce the deformation of single beam/girder overhead crane during loading and transportation, thus, it can ensure the precise of main beam/girder, reduce the welding stress and welding fatigue during travelling. Meanwhile, it greatly increases the strength of whole crane, improve working efficiency and appearance quality.
