Product Description

Metallurgical casting crane is one of the main production equipment in the smelting workshop, the whole machine is composed of box-shaped bridge, large car running mechanism, trolley, electrical equipment, the crane is equipped with independently driven main and vice trolley, the main trolley is set with a fixed pitch gantry hook, lifting steel drums, the crane is used in the converter workshop to pour the iron from the blast furnace workshop into the mixing furnace and the iron from the mixing furnace or from the blast furnace workshop. The vice trolley can be used to dump the steel drums or do other auxiliary lifting work. The crane is made of closed box-type beam with deviated rails, so it has good vertical and horizontal rigidity. When used in the open air, it is equipped with rain protection equipment.

The crane is used in the converter workshop to pour the iron from the blast furnace workshop into the mixing furnace and to pour the iron from the mixing furnace or the iron from the blast furnace workshop directly into the converter, the crane has independently driven main and secondary trolleys, the main trolley is set with a fixed pitch gantry hook to lift the steel drums. The secondary trolley can be used for tipping the drums or for other auxiliary lifting operations.
