20T Span 16.5M Electric Grab Double Beam Bridge Crane Workshop
The grab overhead crane is mainly composed of a box bridge, a grab trolley, a trolley operating mechanism, a driver's cab and an electrical control system. The pick-up device is a grab. The grab trolley is arranged with a lifting mechanism and an opening and closing mechanism. The grab is wound with four steel ropes on the lifting and opening and closing reels respectively. The opening and closing mechanism drives the grapple to close and grab the material. When the bucket is closed, the lifting mechanism is immediately activated so that the four wire ropes are evenly loaded for lifting work. When unloading, only the opening and closing mechanism is activated and the bucket opens immediately to tilt the material. The structure is basically the same as that of a hook bridge crane, except for the different lifting mechanism.
