Product Description

0.5T~10T Electric single beam remote control suspension type crane is widely used in plants warehouses, steel industries machine shops, material stocks to lift goods where the height from the rail surface to the lower edge of the truss is equal to or shorter than 500mm.

Electric single girder suspension overhead cranes for lighter loads. Parts assembly, manufacturing and processing industries, pallet loading, plastic injection moulding, warehousing loading and unloading, equipment repair and maintenance.

In order not to interfere with operations, flexible lightweight combination girder suspension cranes are a perfect choice when a work area does not allow any support structure. This crane system requires a roof structure that can withstand sufficient strength to safely support the crane load. Customers can install multiple main girders on one set of fixed profile rails, greatly increasing productivity. These products are of steel construction, with a lifting capacity of 75-2000kg, and the total length of the main girder can be up to 10 m. Compared to a conventional girder crane, the closed type rails are designed to be handled with one-third of the force used in conventional girder cranes. The trussed rail design allows for larger spans and more flexibility in installation layouts.
