European Type 10 Ton Pendent Line Control Double Girder Overhead Traveling Crane

 

Product Description

The crane consists of a girder frame, a crane travelling device and a trolley with lifting and moving devices. A track for the movement of the trolley is laid on the main girders. Mobile tables are fitted on the outside of the two main girders, on one side to prepare for the assembly and maintenance of the crane mobile unit and on the other side to prepare for the assembly of the trolley command unit. The main beam is overhung with a full view nacelle, which is fitted with a joint control console or single control box, and a side ladder between the nacelle and the mobile platform, with the coupling point between the main beam and the two side end trolleys in the middle.
Crane beams: The crane beams are of welded beam construction. This results in a lower dead weight and higher vertical and horizontal stiffness, as well as smaller wheel loads being transferred to the crane runway.
