10T Span 15M Single Girder Bridge Crane With Partial Hanging Hoist
The LDP electric single-beam crane is an ultra-low headroom light and small crane. The electric hoist is located on one side of the main beam, which increases the working space of the hook and reduces the height and cost of the plant. It is suitable for places with low headroom in the workshop.
This product is composed of a box-shaped main beam, end beams, trolleys and running mechanisms which are assembled and welded by steel plates. The trolley is composed of running end beams, trolley frames and fixed electric hoists. The hoist position is raised from the traditional main beam to the upper side of the main beam, which effectively increases the lifting height. The trolley is braked by a conical motor and driven by an open gear. The main beam is a box-shaped structure, deviated from the rail, and horizontal wheels are set up and down, which is safe and reliable, and can prevent rail gnawing. The operation of the cart adopts the separate driving mode, the conical motor brake, and the open gear transmission. The running motor can select soft start motor and frequency conversion speed control according to user requirements, the crane starts smoothly, and the operation is safe and reliable.
There are three operation modes: ground handle, wireless remote control and driver's cab. There are two types of cabs: open type and closed type. The span is 7.5~22.5m (non-standard design can be made according to user requirements), the working level is A3, and the working environment temperature is -25°C~40°C.
