Operating Procedures
1. Before working

2. During work
a. When lifting heavy objects for the first time in each shift (or when the load reaches the maximum weight), the heavy objects should be lowered again after lifting them off the ground at a height of 0.5 meters, checking the performance of the brake and confirming that it is reliable, and then carrying out normal operation.
b. The operator shall sound the alarm for the following operations in accordance with the regulations. lifting and landing heavy objects; driving large and small car traveling. crane traveling in the line of sight is not clear through, to continuously ring the alarm; crane traveling close to another crane within the span. lifting heavy objects close to the personnel.
c. Operation should be carried out in accordance with the unified command signal.
d. When there is a sudden power failure during the work, all the controller handles should be placed in the "zero" position, and the crane should be checked to see if the action is normal before re-working.
c. Crane trolley in normal operation, it is strictly prohibited to open the reverse brake stop; change the direction of movement of trolley, trolley, must be placed on the handle "zero" position, so that the organization stops running completely before driving in the reverse direction.
