Working Duty A4 Single Beam Bridge Overhead Crane with Electric Hoist 

Single girder overhead crane is a lifting equipment for lifting materials over workshops, warehouses and yards. As its two ends are located in the tall concrete column or metal bracket, the shape is like a bridge. Single girder bridge crane bridge along the track laid on both sides of the elevated longitudinal running, can make full use of the space under the bridge lifting materials, not hindered by the ground equipment. It is the most widely used, the largest number of a lifting machine.

LDA electric single beam crane is composed of main beam, end beam, electric hoist and operating mechanism welded by steel plate and I-steel. The electric hoist runs along the lower flange of the main beam I-steel to complete the lifting of goods. It has the characteristics of light structure and convenient installation and maintenance. It is widely used in factories, warehouses, stockyards and other different occasions to lift goods. There are three operation modes: ground handle, wireless remote control and cab. There are two types of cabs,open and closed. The soft start motor and variable frequency speed regulation can be selected for the running motor according to the user's requirements. The crane starts smoothly and operates safely and reliably.

Precautions operation

This series of Cranes use three-phase 380V, 50 Hz power supply or other three-phase power supply. The working environment temperature of variable speed double beam bridge crane is - 20 ºC - 40 ºC, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and the altitude is not more than 1000 meters.

According to the requirements of operation safety and reliability, all mechanisms of the variable speed double beam bridge crane are equipped with brake and travel end limit switch. The main power supply of the variable speed double beam bridge crane is introduced by the safety sliding contact line. The power supply of the trolley is supplied by a suspended flexible cable installed on the walking platform.

Safety system

1. Overload protection in the event of overload, the hoist unit switches off and only the lowering motion is possible
2. Long and cross travel limited by means of preliminary and final limit switches or infrared anti-collision device
3. Anti-falling protection for the Three-in-One electric motor of trolley and crane prevents from accidental falling
4. All movements can be switched off by actuating the emergency-off switch at the control station via a main contact
5. High quality long time bearing polyurethane materials buffer fixed at the end of trolley travelling and crane travelling to prevent over traveling
6. Safety hook latch used for avoiding the lifted material out off from the hook
7. Audible and visual alarm device to inform the person stay near by the travelling crane
8. Rain Cover for lifting mechanism of outdoor cranes, electric cabinet and driving mechanism
9. Protective earth conductor is fitted as standard
