LDY Type Single Girder Bridge Casting Crane With Hoist
LDY metallurgical single beam bridge crane is mainly used in metallurgy, casting and other need to lift molten metal places. Its lifting mechanism is YH2 metallurgical electric hoist, lifting weight is not more than 10t.
The crane structure is mainly composed of three parts: bridge, metallurgical electric hoist and electrical system. The bridge is used to support and move the load longitudinally. It is composed of metal structure and running mechanism. The metal structure includes three parts: main beam, end beam and main and end beam connection. The running mechanism is composed of driving device, transmission device, brake device and wheel group. Metallurgical electric hoist bear lifting and lateral moving load. The electrical system consists of a main loop and a control loop.
1. Bridge
The main beam is made of cold formed and pressed U-channel steel and I-steel group welded into a solid belly beam or steel plate group welded into a box beam. The end beam is U-shaped channel steel group welded into a box structure, the main and end beams are connected by bolts and shear flanges or seat structure, easy to install, transport and storage.
2. Operation mechanism
The operating mechanism adopts the driving form respectively, and the driving and braking are completed by the conical rotor motor. Its advantage is that it can reduce the gnawing wear caused by the skew and deviation of the wheel, and it is not easy for the wheel to climb the rail and fall off the road. Running speed: Ground operation is generally 20 30m/min. In general, it is manufactured at single speed. If the user needs other speed adjusting methods, it shall negotiate with the design department before signing the contract and indicate in the order contract whether it can be used.
3. Lifting mechanism
The crane is installed with two independent braking devices ----- brake and safety brake (i.e. double brake) and overload limiter metallurgical electric hoist to form the lifting mechanism, can lift lifting heavy loads, and can move along the main beam transverse.
4. Electrical system
Metallurgy lifting operation of electric hoist motor adopts conical rotor motor starting torque is bigger, so as to adapt to frequent direct start crane intermittent work. In order to adapt to the temperature of more than 40ºC, the insulation grade H motor is adopted, and the high temperature resistant cable is adopted. Crane operation by pressing the button switch (flashlight door), so that the contact of the contactor connected or cut off the power of the motor. Its main circuit and control circuit electrical components less, simple line, easy to use and maintenance. Adopt heat insulation protection measures outside electrical equipment such as motors.
5. Manipulative form
(1) Ground control: the operator controls the flashlight door button on the ground to control the crane to carry out lifting operations. Crane running speed ≤30m/min.
(2) Remote control: the operator controls the crane with the remote control for lifting operations.
Note: This product is recommended to use remote control as far as possible to protect the safety of personnel.
