Electro-hydraulic Multi-Flap Grab is an efficient material handling tool, widely used in various harsh environments, especially suitable for grabbing scrap steel, pig iron, ore, garbage and other irregular and large materials. Electro-hydraulic multi-flap grab is equipped with hydraulic system such as motor and hydraulic pump, which is driven by external power supply to realize opening and closing. It relies on the forward and reverse rotation of the motor or the hydraulic reversing valve to control the opening and closing of the grab. When the drive motor is turned on, the hydraulic pump starts to send the hydraulic oil from the tank to the pressure line, which in turn pushes the hydraulic cylinder to extend and contract. The force of the hydraulic cylinder is transmitted to the bucket flap through the cylinder, so that the grab completes the closing and opening action.
- Multi-flap design: The electro-hydraulic multi-flap grapple usually has six to eight jaw flaps, each of which is driven by a cylinder, ensuring that the material will not be scattered during the gripping process.
- Hydraulic system: the grapple comes with a hydraulic system using constant power pumps and hydraulic servo system, the system pressure changes can effectively control the output of the pump, to provide a stable gripping force.
- Cable interface: The upper part of the grapple is equipped with cable interface, which is convenient to connect with the crane to realize remote operation and control.
