LZ Type Reliable Performance Electric Grab Single Girder Overhead Crane
The grab bridge crane is mainly composed of box bridge, grab trolley, cart running mechanism, driver's cab and electrical control system. The extraction device is the grab bucket.
There is a lifting mechanism and an opening and closing mechanism arranged on the grab bucket car. The grab bucket is wrapped with four steel wire ropes on the lifting mechanism and the opening and closing coil drum respectively. The opening and closing mechanism drives the bucket to close and grabs the material. When the bucket mouth is closed, immediately start the lifting mechanism, so that the four wire ropes are loaded on average for lifting work. When unloading, only open the closing mechanism, open the bucket immediately and tilt the material.
