Double girder remote control CCM workshop EOT crane transports ladles filled with molten iron to the basic oxygen furnace (BOF), or molten steel from the BOF and electric arc furnace to the continuous casting machine. It can also be used for teeming and casting.
Since casting cranes are used to transport molten steel, thus safety and reliability come first with this crane.
1, Double girder remote control CCM workshop EOT crane has very special safe design,it uses two pcs of wire rope system for the main hook, the device is called Balance Arm, any each wire rope is damaged or broken,the other wirerope will safely hold the ladle in the air and wont let it fall down,then to avoid accident.
2, Anti high temperature design, there is heat proof layer on bottom of main girder.
3, Main hook and Aux.hook all have two sets of brake,more safety.
4, Safety monitor is provided to monitor each motion,all data, i.e current,moving speed,are displayed in the cabin,operator can see it clearly.
