CCS Hydraulic Marine Boat Use Mooring Winch Wire Nylon Rope 50KN
Product Description
Mooring winch is a mechanical device used to secure a ship to a berth, which realizes the fixation and stabilization of the ship by wrapping a cable or rope around the winch's reel. This equipment is usually installed on the main deck of the ship, which is easy to operate and use. It is an indispensable equipment in the berthing process of the ship and ensures the safe berthing of the ship in the harbor or other berthing areas.
System Components
A mooring winch usually consists of a motor, a winch sheave, a winch drum, a speed reducer and a related control system. Among them, the motor is the power source, the winch sheave is the core component to realize the towing rope and stranded line, the winch drum is used to store the tow rope, the gear reducer is used to obtain the required torque and speed from it, and the control system is used to realize the lifting and braking function of the winch sheave as well as the monitoring and controlling of the working condition.
Safety system
1. Regularly lubricate and maintain the winch to prolong its service life and keep its good performance.
2. Conduct daily inspection of the hydraulic system, including the oil level and oil temperature of the tank, oil leakage of the joints, valve parts, motor, oil pump and sealing parts, the temperature of each part and whether the indication of the pressure gauge is normal.
3. The filter should be cleaned frequently, when filling and replacing the hydraulic oil.
4. The oil temperature should be appropriate, the oil temperature of the tank should not exceed 60 ºC, the general hydraulic machinery in the range of 35 ~ 60 ºC work is more appropriate.
5. Perishable parts such as seals should always have spare parts for timely replacement.
The principle of operation of mooring winches is based on Newton's second law and the tangential force balance equation. When a certain amount of horizontal force is applied to a ship, the system needs to produce a resisting force to keep the ship stable. This resistance is realized by the traction force generated by the mooring system. The mooring winch controls the amount of traction force by tightening or loosening the mooring rope to stabilize the ship.
