125/32 tons YZ Model Double-beam Cast Bridge Crane for Steel Mill
Casting cranes can be divided into two categories according to their use and the process they are used for. One type of crane is used for blending iron, which is mainly used for lifting and pouring iron from the iron truck or from the floor of the mixing furnace into the converter. The other type of crane is used for blending steel, which is a casting crane used to pour the converter steel called ingot into the ingot pit or into the continuous casting machine.
Double Girder Electric Overhead Crane is composed of boxed bridge frame,crane travelling mechanism,lifting trolley and hook, cable and cable and electric control system.
The main hook employs a load tool as the lifting device to hoist steel ladle, the auxiliary hook cooperate with the main hook to accomplish pouring of molten steel and steel slag.
Use various speed system with speed ratio as 1:10 for main mechanisms such as hoisting, trolley traversing and crane travelling. Also we can choose the suitable speed under the customer requirement.
