Product Description

The low headroom electric hoist is a lifting device suitable for a wide range of material transfer locations such as machining, assembly and warehouses, and is particularly suitable for locations where the height of the plant is restricted.

1,Optimum headroom, which can increase the lifting height by 200~500mm compared to ordinary CD hoists.

2,Excellent three-in-one transmission technology, the lifting reducer is made of high quality alloy steel, three-stage reduction, smooth running, long life and reliable performance, avoiding many disadvantages of the CD hoist intermediate shaft long distance transmission.

3,The motor is a new type of specially designed self-cooling cone motor, the motor shell is made of cast aluminium alloy with good heat dissipation performance, the insulation level of the motor is F grade, the protection level is IP54, which is one grade higher than the usual motor.

4,Electrical components  use large-capacity contactors and other components, the connection between the control switch and the motor and electrical components using quick plugs, so that the site installation is faster; hoist each external leakage part of the cable are protected by PE bellows to ensure reliable cable connection.

5,According to the user's requirements, the hoist can be controlled by single or double speed or variable frequency stepless speed control, remote control, overload protection, motor overheating protection and other functions.
