Electro-hydraulic grab is a kind of grab with its own motor, hydraulic pump and other hydraulic systems, and through the external power supply drive to achieve the opening and closing of the grab.
Working principle
Electro-hydraulic grapple relies on the forward and reverse rotation of the motor or hydraulic reversing valve to control the opening and closing of the grapple. When the motor is running, the hydraulic pump pumps the hydraulic oil from the tank, through the check valve and pressure pipe into the corresponding chamber of the cylinder, thus driving the opening and closing of the grab. The specific cycle process is as follows:
1. opening cycle: when the grab needs to be opened, the hydraulic oil through the check valve and pressure pipe flow to the cylinder rod chamber. While the piston rod of the cylinder retracts into the cylinder barrel, the grapple gradually opens. When the motor is closed, the check valve as well as the hydraulic check valve can lock the oil pressure in the cylinder to prevent the grab from closing automatically.
2. Closed cycle: operate the electric control box, the hydraulic oil enters the rodless chamber of the cylinder through the check valve and pressure pipe. At the same time, the pressure oil will open the hydraulic control check valve control oilway, so that the hydraulic oil in the rod chamber of the cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the pressure pipe and the hydraulic control check valve, through the oil return pipe and the oil filter.
