Product Description
Double Trolley Bridge Double Girder Crane adopts bridge structure with two trolleys and two main girders. It mainly consists of several components such as motor, reducer, brake, sensor, control system, lifting mechanism and trolley brake. These components work together to enable the crane to realise horizontal and vertical movement and lifting and unloading tasks.
Working principle
The working principle of double trolley overhead double girder crane is as follows:
1. The driving motor drives the main girder through the reducer. The main girder is equipped with one or more lifting mechanisms, which can be moved in the direction of the main girder and the direction of the trolley. The lifting mechanism usually consists of wire ropes, sheave sets, hooks and clamps, etc., which can be easily replaced or adjusted according to demand.
2. The trolley also has an electric motor and brake to enable it to run smoothly on the trolley tracks above and below the main beam, providing movement in the horizontal direction. The electric motor on the trolley moves the trolley wheels through a reduction gear to enable lateral movement of the load.
3. During the lifting process, the crane operator uses the control system to precisely manoeuvre the motor and brake so that the lifting mechanism grips the load securely and lifts it. The trolley then works in conjunction with the main beam to move the load from one position to another with precision and accuracy, thus completing the loading and unloading work efficiently.
4. Sensors monitor the crane's operating status and load condition in real time to ensure safe operation.
