Audited Supplier 200T European Style Single Hook Double Girder Overhead Crane For Workshop Operation
The European double girder overhead travelling crane is a lifting device for lifting materials over workshops, warehouses and yards. Its ends are situated on concrete or steel columns and are shaped like a bridge. The space underneath the bridge can be fully utilised to lift materials without being obstructed by ground equipment.
European cranes are based on the European lightweight and modular design concept and advanced manufacturing process, so that the entire crane structure is compact, smooth operation, weight reduction, height reduction, energy saving and consumption reduction, greatly reducing the user's crane operating plant construction costs and crane operating costs, improve the overall quality of the crane and operational performance.
Main beam section
1, The main beam is designed with square box-shaped Ankang H-beam structure, which is similar to the traditional simple traveling car at the beginning and heavier in weight.
2, The main welding seams are non-destructive.
3, The steel plate material is domestic common steel (Q235B).
4, The vertical winding degree is according to Chinese national standard.
5, All steel plates are pre-treated with shot blasting as in our traditional cranes, to achieve Sa2.5 grade standardization.
6. The steel plates are carefully checked and cleaned before welding, usually by automatic welding machines (MIG or semi-automatic welding).
End beam section
1,The end beams are rectangular steel tubes or steel plates welded and formed, and the formed end beams are positioned and machined at one time by CNC machine tools to achieve the permissible deviation range and ensure dimensional accuracy and fitment tolerance.
2,Each end girder is equipped with double rim wheels, buffers and anti-tracking protection devices.
3,The double girder crane is equipped with a maintenance platform (maintenance walkway) on the drive side of the car along the main girder.
4,The main girder and the end girder are connected by high strength bolts to ensure the accuracy and smooth operation of the machine.
Advantage:
1. It has light weight, compact structure and low energy consumption. A trolley and a lifting mechanism are set on the bridge frame. The trolley can run back and forth, and the trolley runs to realize the transportation of materials and objects in the three-dimensional space.
2. European-style crane adopts a unique design concept, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight and small wheel pressure.
3. Compared with traditional cranes, the limit distance from the hook to the wall is the smallest and the headroom is the lowest. The crane can work closer to the front and has a higher lifting height, which actually increases the effective working space of the existing plant.
