Safety System:

4. Torque limiter: The overall error should not be greater than 10%. When the load torque reaches the rated lifting torque, it can automatically cut off the power source for lifting or luffing.
5. Lift limit position limiter: When the lifting limit position of the spreader must be adjusted, it will automatically cut off the power source for lifting. For the hydraulic lifting mechanism, a prohibitive alarm signal should be given.
6. Lower limit limit position limiter: When the spreader must be adjusted to drop to the lower limit position, it can automatically cut off the power source of the descent to ensure that the steel wire rope is wound on the drum not less than the number of turns designed.
