Product Description

Hook bridge crane is a general bridge crane which is widely used in the lifting machinery.

QE type hook bridge crane has two trolley as lifting mechanism.The two trolley can work simultaneously or separately.The standard lifting capacity is from 5+5tons to 16+16tons(Could be customized according to your requirements),and its working duty is A5~A6 according to the frequency of usage.
 

It is suitable for loading, unloading and hoisting work in factories, warehouses and freight yards where the ambient temperature is -20ºC~40ºC and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. It is forbidden to work in the environment of flammable, explosive and corrosive gas. Especially,This type crane is suitable for lifting long materials(wood,paper tube,pipe,bar and cartoon jumbo).

Overload protection in the event of overload, the hoist unit switches off and only the lowering motion is possible

Long and cross travel limited by means of preliminary and final limit switches or Wireless anti-collision device

 Anti-falling protection for the Three-in-One electric motor of trolley and crane prevents from accidental falling

All movements can be switched off by actuating the emergency-off switch at the control station via a main contact

High quality long time bearing polyurethane materials buffer fixed at the end of trolley travelling and crane travelling to prevent over traveling
