Product Description

The foundry overhead crane is the main lifting and transportation equipment in the smelting plant, which is used for the transfer of liquid metal, pouring and iron exchange in the smelting process. 125t or less is generally YZ type double beam structure. 125t or more is generally YZS type four beam structure. YZS type adopts main and vice double trolley, four beams and four rails structure, mainly consisting of bridge, main trolley, vice trolley, hook beam, trolley operation and electrical parts. The main trolley runs on the main beam track on the outside of the bridge, the vice trolley runs on the vice beam track on the inside of the bridge, and the main trolley pickup device is a fixed pitch hook beam.

The crane is a four-beam double trolley structure of metallurgical casting overhead crane. The crane is equipped with independently driven main and secondary trolleys. The main trolley is equipped with a fixed pitch gantry hook to lift the ladle. The two trolleys can be operated separately to complete a variety of lifting operations; can also be used in conjunction with the completion of the ladle tipping, pouring residual steel and scrap operations.

The crane can work under the harsh environment such as -25ºC~+60ºC, indoor hot laying and dust. Suitable for steel smelting workshop use.
