1. Roll
The reel is made of high-quality seamless steel pipe processed by CNC machine. After finishing, the rope groove on the reel and the rope guide can effectively prevent the occurrence of loose rope and disorderly rope phenomenon.
2. Wire Rope
Steel wire rope adopts high strength imported steel wire rope with tensile strength of 2160 N/m^2 good safety and long service life.
3. Rope guide
The standard rope guide is made of engineering plastics with strong wear resistance and good self-lubrication performance, which greatly reduces the wear of the wire rope, the main force safety component, thus enhancing the safety of the lifting mechanism. At the same time, according to different use conditions, can also be provided by ductile iron production of heavy guidance rope.
1. Lifting motor
Double winding squirrel cage variable pole motor is used for lifting to achieve 1:6 speed/speed ratio. The motor shell is made of aluminum alloy, which has good heat dissipation performance. A fan is installed at the end of the lifting motor to enhance the cooling effect. All hoisting motors have a thermistor (or thermistor switch) embedded in their windings to prevent possible motor overheating.
The insulation grade of the motor is F, and the protection grade is IP54.
For variable frequency lifting motor can be installed with encoder, encoder is usually directly installed in the motor fan shaft end.

2. Brake
The lifting motor is equipped with a double disc electromagnetic disc brake. The brake is integrated at the end of the motor and will automatically close when the motor is powered off to prevent the load from slipping. The brake clearance is set for the first time without manual adjustment (the clearance can be adjusted by the brake spring), when the thickness of the brake pad is lower than the set value through the additional monitoring switch can automatically alarm, prompting the user to replace. The double disc electromagnetic disc brake is safe and reliable, the braking torque is not less than 1.8 times of the rated torque of the motor, the braking times can reach 1 million, and there is no maintenance in the safe service cycle.

3. Speed reducer
Reducer shell made of aluminum alloy material, light weight, corrosion resistance. The semi-grease lubricant in the fully sealed box allows all gears to be fully lubricated, and there is no need to change the lubricating oil within the designed safe service cycle.
Each gear with surface hardening and high precision grinding ensures smooth operation of the reducer.

4. Security protection
The upper and lower limit of the wire rope electric hoist adopts the precise gear drive type limit, when the hook is in the upper (or lower) limit position, it can reliably cut off the power circuit to stop the motor.
Overload protector: wire rope electric hoist adopts electronic overload protector (with safety monitor) to ensure that the total lifting weight will not exceed the rated lifting weight of the bridge; When the tension of the wire rope is greater than 105% of the rated value, the overload protection device will automatically cut the lifting loop.

Operating mechanism
1. The running mechanism adopts the three-in-one structure of "motor + reduction box + walking wheel", and the double-beam trolley is driven by two sides.
2. Frequency conversion and speed regulation can reduce the shaking of lifting weights during operation, enhance the safety of operation, reduce the time required for operation cycle, and improve the production efficiency.
3. All bearings are self-lubricating oil-bearing form, and the arrangement can effectively absorb horizontal force.
4. Reducer all gears by surface carburizing hardening treatment, in order to reduce noise, all gears must be grinding or shaving, gear box in the service life without oil change.
