Safety System:
1. The working level of this electric hoist is M6, and the working environment temperature is not higher than 60ºC.
2. The lifting mechanism is equipped with two supporting brakes and one safety brake. The first stage is the magnetic pull brake of the cone rotor motor, that is, the working brake. The second stage is the friction dry head brake installed at the input of the reducer to prevent the failure of the first stage brake and continue to make the load rise and fall normally. move. The safety brake is a safety brake emergency braking device installed on the reel assembly to prevent the mechanism from failing and the transmission device is damaged in an emergency state.
3. Secondary limit device for upper limit position. The first time is the conventional electric hoist up and down travel limiter limit, and the second time is the heavy sag limit.
