140/32T Cabin Control Four Beams Overhead Crane Bridge Crane
The casting overhead crane is the main lifting and transportation equipment in the smelting workshop of the steel mill, used for the lifting and transportation of liquid metal in the smelting process, pouring and iron blending, etc. The structure is generally YZ type double girder below 125t and YZS type four girder above 125t.
YZS type adopts main and vice double trolley, four beams and four tracks structure, mainly consists of bridge, main trolley, vice trolley, hook beam, trolley operation and electrical parts, the main trolley runs on the main beam track outside the bridge, the vice trolley runs on the vice beam track inside the bridge, the main trolley pickup device is a fixed pitch hook beam, which is used to lift the ladle, the vice trolley runs under the main trolley, the pickup device is a hook, which is used to cooperate with the main hook to tilt the ladle. It is used to cooperate with the main hook to dump the steel, slag and other auxiliary lifting operations.
The car running mechanism and the main electrical equipment are installed in the main beam, and the main beam electrical room is equipped with a chiller. In order to reduce the heat radiation of the steel to the metal structure, heat insulation plate is provided at the bottom of the main beam along the span direction.
The crane running mechanism adopts the form of four-angle drive.
The crane is equipped with supporting electronic scales, and there are obvious display devices in the driver's room and on the bridge.
