Product Description

Metallurgical foundry cranes rely on longitudinal movement in the direction of the plant track, lateral movement of the trolley and the lifting and lowering movement of the hook to carry out their work. It is suitable for metal smelting workshops and is a special crane for lifting molten metal in accordance with JB/T7688.1-95 and JB/T7688.15-95 standards. Metallurgical casting cranes are generally suitable for ambient temperatures from -10°C to +50°C. The relative humidity at a temperature of 40°C does not exceed 50°C. The radiation temperature of the molten metal lifted to the forging hooks and plate hooks does not exceed 300°C.

The crane is a four-beam double trolley structure of metallurgical casting overhead crane. The crane is equipped with independently driven main and secondary trolleys. The main trolley is equipped with a fixed pitch gantry hook to lift the ladle. The two trolleys can be operated separately to complete a variety of lifting operations; can also be used in conjunction with the completion of the ladle tipping, pouring residual steel and scrap operations.

The crane can work under the harsh environment such as -25ºC~+60ºC, indoor hot laying and dust. Suitable for steel smelting workshop use.
