In order to ensure the safe use of the jib crane, the operator must comply with the following safety regulations and precautions:
- In the pre-work period, check the brake, wire rope, hook and other safety devices to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
- Confirm that no one is on the walkway or track before closing the power supply.
- When lifting heavy objects, re-lower them after lifting them 0.5 metres off the ground height to check whether the brake performance is reliable.
- The operator shall be licensed to work only after proper examination and field study.
- It is strictly prohibited to overload lifting and slanting and crooked lifting to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents.
- When using the mobile jib crane, the operator should stand in a safe position to ensure that the lifting is directed after the commanding officer has confirmed that the employee has hung up the hook and that the person is standing in a safe area.
